SS 310 Plates are premium high-temperature austenitic stainless steel plates designed for use in environments where exceptional resistance to heat and oxidation is paramount. Containing a high chromium content (25%) and substantial nickel (20%), Grade 310 provides superior creep strength and toughness at elevated temperatures compared to standard 304 or 316 grades. These plates are specifically engineered to withstand oxidation in continuous service at temperatures up to 1150°C, provided reducing sulfur gases are not present, making them the industry standard for thermal processing equipment.

Our SS 310 range is manufactured in compliance with ASTM A240 and ASME SA240, ensuring high-quality performance in demanding applications such as furnace components, kiln liners, and radiant tubes. Beyond its heat-resistant properties, SS 310 maintains excellent cryogenic toughness and low magnetic permeability, even at extreme sub-zero temperatures.
