ASTM A182 F347H Stainless Steel Flanges are specialized high-carbon, columbium-stabilized austenitic piping components specifically engineered for high-temperature structural applications. Manufactured in strict conformance with the ASTM A182 and ASME SA182 standards, these forged flanges are produced from grade 347H stainless steel. By maintaining a higher carbon range of 0.04% to 0.10%, these F347H flanges deliver enhanced creep strength and exceptional stress-rupture properties at service temperatures exceeding 538 °C (1000 °F).
Our manufacturing facility supplies a complete line of ASTM A182 F347H slip-on, weld neck, blind, threaded, and socket weld flanges. Every component is machined using advanced CNC equipment across major pressure classes from Class 150 to Class 2500 and PN6 to PN64. Because the niobium (columbium) stabilization prevents carbide precipitation during long-term thermal cycles, these high-temperature forged flanges are the industry standard for thermal power plants, superheater headers, petroleum refineries, and chemical reactors operating under extreme stress and heat.
