ASTM A182 Stainless Steel 310 Flanges are heavy-duty, heat-resistant piping components designed to perform in high-temperature environments without losing mechanical integrity. Manufactured in accordance with the stringent ASTM A182 and ASME SA182 standards, these forged flanges are engineered from grade 310 austenitic stainless steel. With a high chromium (24% to 26%) and nickel (19% to 22%) content, these flanges provide exceptional resistance to oxidation, sulfidation, and thermal fatigue at continuous temperatures up to 1150 °C.
Our manufacturing facility provides a wide selection of ASTM A182 F310 weld neck, slip-on, blind, threaded, and socket weld flanges. These components are available in all major pressure classes ranging from Class 150 to Class 2500 and are fully CNC machined to ensure high dimensional accuracy. They are extensively used in kiln manufacturing, heat exchangers, chemical processing, furnace components, and exhaust manifolds where the lines are subject to cyclic thermal loads and demanding operational conditions.
