ASTM B564 Incoloy 825 Flanges are manufactured from a nickel-iron-chromium alloy with significant additions of molybdenum, copper, and titanium. Classified under the UNS N08825 designation, these flanges are specifically designed to provide exceptional resistance to many corrosive environments, both oxidizing and reducing. The high nickel content ensures resistance to chloride-ion stress corrosion cracking, while the addition of copper and molybdenum makes the alloy particularly effective against sulfuric and phosphoric acids.
Our Incoloy 825 slip-on, weld neck, blind, and socket weld flanges are produced to meet ASME B16.5 and B16.47 dimensional standards. These components are widely utilized in chemical processing, oil and gas recovery, and acid production industries due to their ability to resist pitting and crevice corrosion. The titanium addition serves to stabilize the alloy against sensitization after welding, ensuring that the forged flanges maintain their integrity in as-welded conditions. Each flange is precision-machined and rigorously tested to ensure a reliable, leak-proof seal in highly demanding and aggressive chemical environments.
