ASTM A182 F304H Stainless Steel Flanges are specialized high-temperature components designed to offer superior creep strength and elevated mechanical properties. Manufactured in compliance with ASTM A182 and ASME SA182 standards, these forged flanges contain a controlled carbon content restricted to 0.04% to 0.10%. This higher carbon concentration improves structural stability and provides outstanding long-term creep resistance at temperatures extending beyond 500 °C, preventing early deformation or stress rupture in critical piping networks.
Our manufacturing line specializes in high-integrity ASTM A182 F304H weld neck, slip-on, blind, threaded, and socket weld flanges. Available in pressure classes ranging from Class 150 to Class 2500, these high-carbon austenitic flanges are fully solution annealed to maximize their high-temperature capabilities. They are predominantly utilized in boiler applications, petroleum refineries, thermal power generation plants, and chemical reactors where pipelines are consistently exposed to high-temperature thermal cycles and demanding pressures.
