ASTM B564 Incoloy 800 Flanges are composed of a nickel-iron-chromium alloy specifically engineered for applications requiring high strength and excellent resistance to oxidation and carburization at elevated temperatures. Known under the UNS N08800 designation, these flanges maintain a stable austenitic structure even after long-term exposure to high heat. The balanced chemical composition allows the alloy to resist many acidic environments while providing superior performance in processing equipment that operates between 1100°F and 1500°F (593°C to 815°C).
