ASTM A182 F321 Stainless Steel Flanges are high-performance, titanium-stabilized austenitic piping components specifically engineered for service in elevated temperature environments. Manufactured in strict accordance with the ASTM A182 and ASME SA182 standards, these forged flanges utilize grade 321 stainless steel. The addition of titanium (at least five times the carbon content) locks down the carbon within the alloy, effectively preventing harmful carbide precipitation during exposure to temperatures ranging from 427 °C to 815 °C (800 °F to 1500 °F) and throughout heavy welding operations.
Our manufacturing line supplies a full spectrum of ASTM A182 F321 slip-on, weld neck, blind, threaded, and socket weld flanges. Available in multiple pressure classes from Class 150 up to Class 2500 and PN6 to PN64, each flange undergoes meticulous CNC machining to guarantee high-precision seating faces. Due to their outstanding resistance to intergranular corrosion, exceptional thermal stability, and superior fatigue resistance, these flanges are the engineering standard for oil refineries, heat exchangers, boiler tubes, aerospace exhaust systems, and high-temperature chemical processing plants.
