ASTM A182 Stainless Steel 316 Flanges are heavy-duty, marine-grade piping components specifically engineered to provide superior resistance to chloride-induced pitting and crevice corrosion. Manufactured in absolute compliance with ASTM A182 and ASME SA182 standards, these forged flanges are produced from high-quality 316 austenitic stainless steel. The addition of molybdenum (2% to 3%) within the alloy matrix significantly enhances its structural integrity and chemical stability compared to standard grades, making these flanges exceptionally durable in highly corrosive environments.
Our manufacturing facility delivers a complete spectrum of ASTM A182 F316 weld neck, slip-on, blind, threaded, and socket weld flanges. Available in all primary pressure classes from Class 150 to Class 2500 and PN6 to PN64, each component is precision CNC machined to guarantee flat and smooth seating surfaces.
