Nickel 200/201 Flanges are crafted from commercially pure wrought nickel, renowned for providing exceptional resistance to a wide range of corrosive chemicals, especially caustic alkalies. Manufactured in accordance with ASTM B564 and UNS N02200/N02201, these flanges are essential for maintaining the purity of handled products in the food, pharmaceutical, and chemical industries. While Nickel 200 is the standard choice for ambient and moderate temperatures, its low-carbon counterpart, Nickel 201, is specifically engineered to resist embrittlement from intergranular carbon at temperatures exceeding 315°C (600°F).
