ASTM B564 Hastelloy C276 Flanges are manufactured from a premier nickel-molybdenum-chromium superalloy, widely considered the most versatile corrosion-resistant alloy available today. Known as UNS N10276, this material is specifically engineered to provide outstanding resistance to a vast array of severe chemical environments, including strong oxidizers like ferric and cupric chlorides, hot contaminated organic and inorganic media, and chlorine. Its unique chemistry ensures high performance in even the most aggressive reducing and oxidizing conditions.
Our range of Hastelloy C276 weld neck, slip-on, blind, and threaded flanges are forged in accordance with ASTM B564 standards to ensure maximum structural density and leak-proof reliability. The extremely low carbon and silicon content of C276 minimizes the precipitation of grain-boundary carbides during welding, allowing these flanges to be used in the "as-welded" condition for most chemical process applications. Whether used in flue gas desulfurization systems, pharmaceutical production, or waste treatment, these flanges offer exceptional resistance to pitting, stress-corrosion cracking, and intergranular attack under high-pressure service.
