Our ASTM B366 Nickel 200 and Nickel 201 Pipe Fittings (UNS N02200 / N02201) are engineered to deliver outstanding resistance to severe corrosive media and high-temperature environments. These commercially pure wrought nickel fittings are manufactured in strict compliance with ASTM B366 and ASME SB366 standards. Nickel 200 provides exceptional resistance to caustic alkalis, reducing acids, and dry halogens at moderate temperatures. For applications operating above 315°C (600°F), Nickel 201 features a controlled low-carbon chemistry to prevent graphitization and embrittlement, ensuring long-term structural integrity. Widely used across the chemical processing, food handling, aerospace, and marine industries, our fittings are available in both seamless and welded configurations to meet exact ASME B16.9 or MSS-SP-43 dimensional requirements.
