Hastelloy C22 Pipe Fittings are high-performance nickel-chromium-molybdenum-tungsten alloy components designed to offer superior corrosion resistance compared to other nickel alloys, including Hastelloy C-276 and Alloy 625. Manufactured in complete compliance with ASTM B366 and ASME SB366 standards, these Alloy C22 buttweld fittings provide exceptional protection against pitting, crevice corrosion, and chloride-induced stress corrosion cracking. The balanced chemistry of this grade offers outstanding resistance to a broad range of aggressive chemical processing environments, including both strong reducing and oxidizing media like wet chlorine, nitric acid, and chlorine dioxide.
