Incoloy 800HT Pipe Fittings are high-performance iron-nickel-chromium alloy components engineered specifically for applications demanding the highest levels of creep and stress-rupture resistance. Manufactured under the precise ASTM B366 and ASME SB366 specifications, these Alloy 800HT buttweld fittings feature a tightly controlled carbon range ($0.06 \text{ to } 0.10\%$) combined with a restricted total concentration of aluminum and titanium ($0.85 \text{ to } 1.20\%$). To maximize its high-temperature performance, the material undergoes a specialized high-temperature solution annealing process that optimizes the grain structure, making it ideal for the most demanding applications in chemical cracking and power generation piping.
We supply a wide range of critical pipeline configurations including Incoloy 800HT elbows, tees, reducers, crosses, and caps. Available in both seamless and welded constructions, our fittings are fully manufactured to meet precise dimensional standards. Our Alloy 800HT fittings offer outstanding long-term durability and resistance to oxidation, sulfidation, and carburization at continuous service temperatures above 1100°F (593°C).
