2205 Duplex Pipe Fittings are premium piping components manufactured from a nitrogen-enhanced dual-phase stainless steel alloy. Specifically engineered to bridge the performance gap between standard austenitic grades and high-alloy alternatives, these fittings are produced in strict accordance with ASTM A815 and ASME SA815 standards. The microstructural composition of Duplex 2205 fittings consists of roughly equal parts of ferrite and austenite, providing them with nearly double the yield strength of standard stainless steels alongside exceptional resistance to localized corrosion.
Our extensive manufacturing line includes a complete selection of Duplex 2205 elbows, tees, reducers, stub ends, and caps.
