Hastelloy X Pipe Fittings are premium nickel-chromium-iron-molybdenum alloy components designed specifically for exceptional high-temperature strength and oxidation resistance. Produced in strict accordance with ASTM B366 and ASME SB366 specifications, these Alloy X buttweld fittings are highly resistant to stress-corrosion cracking in petrochemical and thermal processing applications. The high chromium content, coupled with a precise addition of iron, provides excellent resistance to carburizing and nitriding atmospheres, ensuring that these components retain their structural integrity in temperatures up to 2200°F (1200°C).
