Copper Nickel Pipe Fittings (commonly known as Cupronickel or Cu-Ni fittings) are specialized piping components designed for optimal performance in harsh marine and industrial environments. Manufactured primarily in accordance with ASME B16.9 and MSS-SP-43 standards, these fittings are predominantly available in two widely used grades: Cu-Ni 90/10 (C70600) and Cu-Ni 70/30 (C71500). The addition of iron and manganese to the copper-nickel matrix significantly enhances their resistance to erosion, general corrosion, and localized stress cracking, making them indispensable for handling flowing seawater.
Our premium production line includes a full selection of copper nickel elbows, tees, reducers, stub ends, and end caps. Available in both seamless and welded configurations, these fittings offer outstanding thermal conductivity and natural antifouling properties that inhibit the growth of marine organisms. Consequently, they are the material of choice for shipboard piping, seawater desalination systems, coastal power generation stations, and offshore oil and gas production platforms.
